This time it's a new world to me, this is the first time in my life to see this kind of things immediately, after the big 'leaves' made by my late boss. He has just passed away, after being laid at the hospital for almost 2 months. There nothing can be done without any leftovers, except for my physical strength. There are almost no people involvements in the history of this development, but, alias, I found that I could carry it myself quite worthy.
What to be told is, ones never found the best solution neither by themselves nor by others, except by their virtue-driven mind. Anything could be a great achievement, just because of the good environment, fresh ingredients, quality tools and the professionals who will handle the operation just in no time. However, did you ever imagine the healthy spirit that lies beneath your body and mind that are really 'live'? If you don't aware of it presence, then you're really like the dead peoples.
So are they with our office environment recently, without the exercise of having the healthy 'brain' and right virtue, this things not gonna happen. Just like there's nobody can ever do it except for the late boss. The office is like an empty place. Nobody exists in this Powerbuilder world for the pass a couple of months. Me and my colleagues are struggling in order to find a perfect solution for the yet-to-become-injured situation, where nobody done the programming works before except for the boss. He done it alone. Without any documented papers. Without any comments. Just the code. And who will ever understand it? If not with the God's will, this could become catastrophic. With our company's status to just reaching the 'idle' state, this situation make it worst. The time is running up.
What left in my brain is prays, and hope that the things could be solved. But it does. Yes, it does work, but this solution does include all the emotional reactions from the other people(s) who are related to it, weather direct or indirectly. What they know is just only a target and a goal, to have a most beautiful handicrafted software ever made, with a 0 cost. I know it sounds impossible, but I made it. It can be done for just a couple of days or week. With my only physical strength left earlier, I stared my eyes open in front of the screen for as long as a minute before I shut it often, to make sure everything is clear and I understand the code written. Powerbuilder is designed to make the life easier, not to harden it. It is a 4GL rapid application development tool, with the target of getting the project done faster without any external resources. And the powerbuilder guys should know, the DataWindow is a most powerful PowerBuilder objects ever build to handle the database faster, even for the business peoples perspective. This means that not only the professionals should able to do it, but the novices are also able to involve in it. There are also a shorter scripts within each window, hence reducing the error should it have any - this is even helped during the close event of the window that being developed in its IDE - to check the errors immediately.
So for the business. As everybody went into the troubles, by not including the other extra 'things' that harms our organization occasionally, this could be solved immediately and happily. I hope most of the readers know what the 'harms things' is, don't ask me if you don't. Everybody should know, especially malays who are in the deep dillemas nowadays.
Just a bit of the office spice. To the business, it's still the business. None other things could disturb it, except if it is from itself as long as the business is halalan toyiba (poorly halal and free of any dirts). No matter anywhere you're in in this world, the business is just the same. Our religion(Islam) just tries to remind about life, that's the way of life. World is world, and our destiny is the truth. What's happens in this world is our step to gain our destiny. What we done in the world is what we deserve in our destiny. It's inter-related.

The 'real' task for a developer..
Welcome everybody, here I've got to tell you, the very next time I got into my works, it seems to have a different cycles through it. As you can see, there may be a serious job depending on what situation is currently or incomingly surprised me. No matter the job is the past, the next or the present ones, I have to take it seriously. The jobs covers most parts as well, from daily basis, brain diggers, first-persons and also a community base. These serves me a lot of energy for my brain to process and develops the unknown results which may or not be an errors, the bugs that are mostly being prevented by the human being. It's called the blames sparkler. Yes. When this happens, the person will continuously flows out the coming blames to the others, just like the person who are in electrical shorts. When this things arrived to the other shoulders, it will strike back. This things never stops, just like the moebius loop. I am in my process of finding out how to overcome this, and to prevent this too. It's like the psychological job, but I like it. It sounds as well to the computer programmer too, but the computer programs that are being written until nowadays are just covered until the physical area of the computing and machines, but no or less to the internal part of it. However it might happens soon, where at this time the algorithms and the structure of a semantics and logical properties of the languages are becoming more complex, which may lead to the greater humankind developer.
This developer will be known as the psychological doctor to the computers, like what the psychological doctor to the humankind that exist nowadays. It's just about what I am to mention about the errors, which is known as the error 404 - page not found. Haha ! just kidding, anyway this seems to be exactly applied, whereas it always happens. But the different is, theres no page not found error on humans, but only the 'no power versus positions found'. This is regular in human beings, when there is no specific labels about the power which ones would handles, regarding on the positions which they are in. All this brings more dumps in my minds, whcih I have to solve it and process it whether to throw it or not.
Only after I have processed the dumps, I got most of the good information, the resources and all libraries(incouding .dll) that I need to run my tasks. This all seems similar to what I am thinking, to troubleshoot or to resolve the situations accordingly. After the resources has been traced, there will be some bugs, but after I have successfully removed it, I go through the compilation parts and all I see is the results of the successfully debugged program. When this is reached, the process is moved back to the previous levels, where there might be some 'changes' as well. This could take some times, but, with the God helps, from my prayers, insya-Allah the things will done shortly.
From what I behave to what I done in my works, this has seen to be inter-related. The relationships between them are also quite legals, where I could control it from far beneath the track. If it sounds collapsed, I could possibly called the doctor or whatever persons in command, i.e. my only favourite items for now is my only readers about the religous and virtues from the past, which is beautifully sewed into a great novel. Next is God, God see us. To ensure we are on the right track, please be prays upon Him. The internal part of my tale, which is my works itself, doesn't seems to be much trouble. It is all about my outer ones(i.e. the outer loops to controls the inner process).

What will become to NASA if one day the thing happens, and NASA keep closing their eyes? We can found this clearly in our world, where what we have doesn't means perfect to everyone. But when? What about this time for NASA? Is it looks good to have this for this while? The giant agency like that shouldn't take it simple for the things like this.
There should be a more and more quality and audit checking for them before they can publish the report to the public. It's dangerous if someone knows the fault. Saving a world's life is no easy task. We have to be more precise, thanks to the boy. This is just the one of it. There may be many more out there, the government agencies, the private bankings or what else. They might experiencing the similar problems, while these 'geniuses' are left behind. The world without the beaurocracy is impossible. We need it, or leave it. We can't take a money from a hacker, but we can stop the disaster with the help from hacker. Different peoples has a different functions of their brains itself, this includes myself too. Whatever they do doesn't means they're stupid, or they're bad, like the gangsters or whatever peoples who likes to doing it in a purpose of behavior, social and etc. This is about the journey and the nature of the humankind. If we can't accept this, beware of the incoming disasters.

puzzle cracked!
Yo watchout everybody! Today, I got my most hesitating and annoying part of developer geek opened, but not yet solved. Yet, it become 'cracked' or what being called by the fellow hackers or developer as 'partially solved'.
The thing is, earlier I've got some of the (believed to be) Linux source codes, alias, it is only the patches(a.k.a updates). In contrast with this one, I need the fully structured package of the original Linux codes, including its kernel. This may have no or less difference with the patches I've got, where most part of the wanted things could be found there. The things I referred to is the main part of my newly PAL (not HAL) project, which is closely related to networking protocol, the UDP, TCP/IP, and all kinds of that networking stuffs. I do taken a course on network programming before at UPM, where I do learn the basics about socket programming, client-server talking program, and many simple yet basic IPC parts of the networking things there.
This could be my greatest advantage, since I only know programming on itself, but the extra linked body of other entity could be linked if I have the fully packed information on it. Like one of my lecturers has said earlier, with Computer Science, you may extend your knowledge and expertise by learning other discipline fields such as AI(Artificial Intelligence), Robotics (maybe), Businesses and Accountings, Medical, and even the Agricultural fields as well, like what we are having nowadays, namely the Bioinformatics (the field which combine the Biological knowledge and I.T). Wow! What's a more cool could it be here..
So, okay then, by learning all these external things, we can conclude that I.T is not just sitting in front of the computer and make a direct intact with your hand typing on the keyboard until the end of human age, but it is actually involve everything. Yes, I mean almost everything in our life forms, no matter which forms is it. Be it personal, scientifics, methodology, works, plays, etc., its all relies to the kind of how we can manage it through the using of the known electrically ability to communicate, interact or even solve the big issues about all these things as well. Okay, I'm not a lecturer in this field, ahaa.. but I'm quite interest in the field that relates to the computer world. A I said just now, being in I.T cannot guarantee you being sticked with your computer, but also to talk about computers. Maybe on the future, we could be able to talk with our computer, just like what we do with the humans naturally. This is what the life forms being created for, to interact within each other, without discriminating or exploiting each one's needs and basics ingredients. The ingredients is like the main compartment of the life's body, like the spiritual, emotional, personal and caring. Okay, this seems drifted too far from my blog focus, but I just want to told you, that the only philosophy of computing of humankind is just the matter of that. Remember this is only the tools, not the life forms itself. Talking about the abilities to programs the computer to do its jobs, it is like controlling or managing this tools in order to make our life meaningful. We're not making another kind of life form! Easy, right?
Ok, by explaining too long, I just want to get straight forward, firstly, I do have the greater projects to be conducted, and these projects are under the philosophy I've told you earlier, where it conjuncted with the relationship of human beings as well as our environment in our universe. No other than that, whereas non-nature things couldn't interact or taking its part by making contacts of this well driven projects. I don't like to use more material items, such as this situation: Say, you have to develop an address book program in Linux. What you need is the platform, the OS basics and skills, and of course the reference. When you have completed all your needs, then you might start as well, without acquiring the extravaganzas, like the extra tables, more airconditioning utilities, more snacks, or all that 'born-to-be-stuffs' things like this. When one of it fails to accompany you, you failed the whole projects. What the heck is this?? I think this is just the gimmick being made by the 'third party' to make their own profits, by descending the other's abilities to go further, by claiming that their abilities is bigger. This is not the true way and naturally for programmers. This is just for those who works at the garage, remember one scientist told that no new high quality technology can be produced by the guy in his garage for one night. This is no flubber, although the flubber scientist is great. We must use the R&D, the fully R&D service which is a quality approach produced by its staffs, and the like. Without this, we have gone unnatured.
The only way for me to get my puzzle to become cracked is, by using all these kind of naturally blended procedures of thinking as well as the methodology, where these things might interact thightly with my daily activity basis. I hate the guy who claims that computer is everything in this world, so that he/she can disobey any other ingredients in his life. Wake up in the morning and went through chatting for 24 hours, and then when his/her works delayed they blamed other peoples who has done the best part just to accommodate the situation. The person with more power has to pick more responsibility, not to left all of it to the other person eyes. Being in IT has to opens the eyes for 24 hours, but, does this sound rational to one of the Muslim of the country of the truly applied Muslim way of life? What about during the praying/sholah times, do we have to thinks about it too? Doing like this means like no other things than the IT itself. Like you are staying in the world that you created yourself. We are staying in this universe, where there are sooooo many and lot-lot-lot of things and all kinds of guys exist around there, not to mention another stars, galaxies and all kind of objects in our entire universe! We are sooooo tiny. If you think that your gadget/machine can do everything in your whole life, think when you are going to see the God, bypassing this whole universe, being into the 'real' world. Do you think its enough by holding your own stupid gadget all the times like that? Think again.

Final Solutions
Hi, afterall I'm quite sorry for the long gap after my last post. I'm being busy in releasing my other blogs, where my new ideas or activities raised my thought to write it out.
For this time, I will like to tell you that I'm in a very final stage of my currently milestoned projects, where there are two ongoing projects. The first one is still the MPWS web site, together with its database system connecte through it, while the other one is the extra large known system, where I have to design it like I have to build it from the very scratch basis, like I have to build the new computer, not to said the normal computer, but this one with a quite large system structure or architecture, like the one expressed as a HAL 9000 supercomputer, just left for only some times for me to be built. Yes, I admit it to be just like the one, but this one just slightly similar. It have almost all of the properties in designing it, where I have to format, re-partitioning it, re-installing many items on it, re-......that and re-....this. When it comes to this part, I got whirled by the annoying environment unless I do really know what its purpose is for. If I do not know its real purpose, I will imagine that I am in a wrong track. This keeps me uncomfortable with the results, either it can be or not. This kind of system is a most valueable ones, where if there are a silly mistakes, then it goes off. Never have a chance to undone it. I must be very carefull in handling it, where any difference results producing a difference solutions, and I don't want to getting stucks on it for a long time. I'm afraid I can't do that, Dave!
Ok. Business is business, but the I.T activities remains on its track, where there are no unkown or unproved or untested alternatives are allowed to take over the action, whenever one action failed. Do you know what I mean? We could not think of the alternatives very fast. Just like the engineering parts, where if we stacked out one parts in the flow chart and suddenly replaced it with the other ones randomly, do you think we could save? I mean within a second there could be a bomb explodes somewhere else. Just like a scientific works, there could be a preciseness. There would not be a freedom styles in providing a solutions, where we have to think 10 times before we talk to the boss. If we failed, we can get fired. This has no relation to the actions being taken, but just my voice done it well. If I said the good ones, there it goes, while the wrong ones remains unpaid for a long time. Even if I'm packed with a full of knowledge, but if I expressed it in the wrong way, people won't believe it for a longer time. People may keep away of you. This is the art of the I.T. business. Not a junk.
So, for the projects I involved, I have to commit it together with my abilities and equipments I have in order to deliver the best results to the clients. I have to find a suitable times to sleep, plans, executes and accomplish my task in order to have the high quality projects products produced by me. If I failed to accompany myself, then I would failed to plan myself, and therefore I would failed to run my task then. This is my nature. The most engineer's nature. They need the balance between works and life, even though the works is more. They do usually makes a parts of they works as a joy, where the eccessive times they've took doesn't seems like works itself. It will rather balanced their life in this way. This is what I'm trying to do so. The real life of an engineer.
Ok, finaly, the only final solutions I've thought is to have the work like it was. No objections, no flaws, no drifting off course, and no excuses. I have to work hard, yet to maintain my level of life easness by making a good sense of my job as my joy part in my life, as well as concentrating it well through. Fine. I got the idea. I will execute it now.
As for the HAL project, it will coming soon when I have settled most part of the initial parts, where no more fuss, no more doubt, and no more mess. It'll move through for sure, if only I could caught this, and I will. I must!!!This is for my sake and my best in my life, I know it myself, non other person or things could define it to me. As for the HAL project, it will coming soon when I have settled most part of the initial parts, where no more fuss, no more doubt, and no more mess. It'll move through for sure, if only I could caught this, and I will. I must!!!This is for my sake and my best in my life, I know it myself, non other person or things could define it to me. Happy Mac World
Yeahh!! Today I got a new stage of knowledge in a Mac world, where not everybody can done it well. I've got a bit of knowledge on how to look for the printer, but this one is too little compared to the amateur ones. I am categorized not as a beginner, but rather a starter, like a person in kindergarten. I just learn the basic structures of the files, the Finder, some applications inside it, and the basic properties of the Mac OS X. However, I might need to extend it to a greater level, like installing, updating, troubleshooting, like what I'm just doing at Windows.
There are quite a number of difference between Mac and Windows, although most of the people said it is totally difference. In a scope of a technical person, or at least a programmer, they should know at least how to open the files, edit the files and transfer the files, even they are not using the mac. After quite a few month, I have discovered most of the important parts of the mac, including the hardwares and assembling them. The only things I left are the troubleshooting parts and its OS basic tasks such as printing, etc, in detail.
What I do today is just exploring a printer on a mac machine, but never use it. Just to know if the printer is still there, can be used or else state it as having a problem. That's all for now. Even I'm quite strange to mac, one day I would make my wish becomes reality when I will be able to purchase a mac, at least the MacBook Pro. I've save this in my Yahoo! tech page and I'm wishing to buy it whenever possible, not counting my age or my position or my level of professionalism. If I feel the time has come, I will purchase it. The usage? Haha.. it will vary from many kind of people, ranging from its professionalism and background, but for me, as you know, the computer enthusiast, will rather buy for nothing else but just to love it. Love and loving, vice versa. Somehow no matter if I found either myself or somebody else discover that computer may have a spirit. Yesterday I found in the net a managing director of Microsoft UK state that computer may interact with human beings in a personal way in a few decades. I do believe with this statement, even though I admit myself that I would, in this world, build a HAL 9000 machine. I've state this in my other blog entitled ' 2007: A HAL Odyssey' as I said earlier, but unfortunately I have to postponed this project until the incoming date, but it won't take too long. I promise that I will continue this project as soon as possible. The overall design and philosophy has been observed, and right now it is still inside my brain. I just need some time to transfer it out to a sheet of paper, and start working. Afterall, I just need some time.
As for mac world, I will continue to discover it until I feel satisfied, no matter what kind of machines exists in this world will always become my next experiment.

Problem settled
Puhhh... at last I've bought the new old PC at Budget IT Solution, Amcorp Mall at its lowest price available. Just imagine a P3 pc, with the 30G Hard Drive, 128M Memories, 2 USB port, internet and graphic card ready with windows 2000 installed for just RM300, what a fuzz! It's getting cheaper when people don't manage to buy the previous generation of still working but smart and economic items, even at a lower price offered. I wonder if it could drop some more to 200 or 100 soon for this such items in a few periods of generation soon.
So far I've installed the Paragon Partition Manager, a trial version downloaded at download.com this early morning, hopefully to successfully installed and managed to partitioned and installed the Linux together, but it stucks till the partitioning process. This made me canceled the so called to be the next meeting with my newly client, which if not will be held as usual at P.J, around Amcorp Mall with a next stages project planning including the proposal being discussed to start into the programming works.
Yes, I know this project is a most valuable project, and I can't take it easily and destroy its commitment and agreement by simply making a mistake. What I know, this is the first time to miss the appointment(actually canceled, but seems like its not realy) by stating that the previous phase does not complete. If the client has more than one project dealers, than he/she might move to the other one without waiting so much time to being settled with the problematic ones. However, I did admit that although the client doesn't said anything at me, this is still a silly mistake that I have to take into account for the next time onward. If I could know the barriers or circumstances earlier, than I must make an alternative to settle the matter first.
This is the lesson for me, even though it seems very simple. The client may said it is ok if I don't have enough tools or so known utilities to complete any tasks, but to me, I would said myself that the client may feel unsatisfied as if I did not complete because of my time misleading or mismanaging. This may make me aware for the incoming sake of business, whereas I will end up having my own big business in the city, just like Bill Gates of Malaysia, as everybody will know. I keep imagining and dreaming of having such a big building, with a beautiful glass wall, good staffs, well prepared environment and landscapes that locates my own company and business, with a multi-billions dolar of capital in hands to manage. All I can do right now is pray and work hard, like the famous nasyeed motto: 'Pray hard, work smart', but to me, I've changed it a bit to be ended with 'work hard' also to meet my target. I have to do it because according to my estimation its not enough time from now until my day of target begin its journey. In order to achieve it, I need to work hard also, besides from pray hard. The chances does not waiting for you and it comes only once in your life. This has been my principle since I am here. Anything that seems to looks like a chance, I will studied it fastly and if I found it as a truth and good way, I'll admit it, otherwise I don't. The time is running out fast and I have only a few years to go. If I wait for another moment, it will disappear. This is a life. The principle of life is always the same, no matter who you are and where do you live around this world. Everybody shares the same principle.
What I have to do now is upgrading my life, keep in touch in the IT world and businesses, work and mix around with the IT guys and learn a lot of information and experiences before I could achieve my goal. If I want to grab the goal I have to works upon myself in terms of phsicological health, mental awarenes and prepared my mentality to be the first class of the former successful businessman that I know, including our Prime Minister, Dr. Mahathir.
Ok, I know this is a development blog, so I could not say a much about this things here, so I will be back to the development stories. After ready for the so known big project system preparation, I will be back to the other client, which are the fellow of MPWS membership that I have to submit some reports according to my phase status: whether it is completed or not, and provide more info of what it could become in the next incoming stages or on its final release. For now, I'm keep authoring the website for it, as I could just using the Fireworks for just a few weeks, and when the trial period ended, I have to use the Ms Word for the editing purpose. The good news is Microsoft Office Word 2007 works very well upon editing documents, including html. This can be used as a web design tools, as was before for Microsoft Frontpage, where it never included inside my trial version package. Luckily the Microsoft Word supports almost all the features in Frontpage and I can use it to replace my former web editing tools, the Fireworks from adobe which ended its trial period in just 30 days.
I didn't found any differences between the old Fireworks that I used(a pirated version) and the new ones, the Fireworks CS3. The only differences is on the interface layout and the icons used, and some other silly things. The basics is just the same, where it have the frames, layers, buttons, libraries and all kind of web stuff that can be designed from scratch. I keep using the insert button tools and drawing my own buttons instead of using its predefined buttons, which looks rather like a 90's web page. Huhh.. I like the 2000's kinda page, where it looks more simple in forms of images, no sluggish borders and frames, and neat yet tiddy. This is the futuristic ones, not the funky, fancy ones with a many colors and decorations, just looks like the 80's specs and hair(not to said to somebody, just examples). We likes to laugh when saw this kinda features or fashion on TV or wherever, I always spend this time with my youngest brother. This looks funny! Hey look at that - that woman wears a ...... like that...haha!
Ok. For the webs, there it goes, the design, the layout, and the functions must looks neat and nice, yet attracting, as well as the codes behind it, it should works well. Ever heard of outsourcing? Ok, just a day ago, I have pass a bit of my project to my known former classmate where I spend most of time with him by chatting through YM. He is a genious in programming, just like me, and willing to do such a big projects, but having a lacks like time management and some sorts of internal energy. He can do this and that, but when it comes to circumstances, it stops him. So, when I discover this, I just give him the not so risky part to be completed, to see if he can do. Yet, I don't have a greater or mass part of project at this time, as the matter has being done and there is another coming in the future. The future projects has not dealt yet, whereas if dealt, I will manage and arrange it in another way to make it countable to my known kinda person involved. This is the way the manager should do, not to blaming and pointing the fault hundred percent to the innocent people.
Right now I'm still doing a tiny programming at the office, besides doing some auditing and documentations regarding on the hugely used systems, as long as the maintenance, handling and troubleshooting to the users who uses it. The pro and cons of this kind of works are: We can support but if anything happens out of our knowledge range, we become confused, because we are not the person who build the system, and we don't know how it works internally. So, if anything runs down, I have to prepare my words although I don't very sure what the system wants. This often happen when the reporters or editors wants to know what actually happens. When this situation arise, my team and I have to prepare the answer, and ready to shield for the swords! What I have to explain to the user is different from our knowledge and what we do, and the scope and the concepts are all different. You have to be able to switch your mind. This is like when the SQL service down, the user doesn't know what is SQL and they do not know how to operate it, manage or operates it. If we explain the query, syntax, like 'I have to use Select... instead of Join... blah blah..' then they said what a heck are you talking about? I just want this problem being solved! So that's the situation often happens at my workplace and I'm willing to handle it

challenges are struggling me!
Day after day, time after time, and the programming stuff is coming to me like a stream of water. I love this situation very much, but it takes much effort of my health. If I have a good health and strength then I can have it.. like a piece of pizza. When this thing come to me, I feel like biting a pizza, of course this work really make my mind relaxing. In recent days, I , however need to balanced between my favourite job and my non-favourite jobs, which, in certain case seeking my ability to run a specific kind of unregistered skills or knowledge or even talent job at a time. Well, these job seems to be completed on time, so as my favourite ones. This sometimes makes me feels like facing a culture shock, which I haven't had it before because it seems like I'm in the other lines. The job that I means is just like a clerk's job, serving and calming people, and sometimes handling a papers, paperclips, and a stapler.(See how funny is it!) So these are all kind of job which I used to hate before, but now I have to make it a part of my duty and blend it together with my all-day work. Yes, maybe its right that we can't choose the job nowadays, especially in our own country, Malaysia, where there are a lot of unemployed graduates and a lot of empty job positions too. This makes the ratio stays the same, 1 jobless to 1 positions every day, so as the numbers grows. What makes this happens is all of them keep choosing or in our local language (kuat memilih), is what are we refering to. If banglas and Indons can grab them even faster, why can't we? Its like buying a nasi lemak, where everyone is busy choosing each items to fit in.
So lets get the things goes on, problems pass by, but the main and important thing is we got to face the challenge, use our brain to solve the problems, and let the pass became the barrier to us so that the same problems never comes again. As the things happens, never forgot that we are under His watch and what are we doing is to live in His way, may He bless us all. Alhamdulillah.
